Meal prep Sunday!!

Experimenting with cedar and maple plank cooking that I picked up from @surlatablecitycentre. Here’s the menu:

Salmon prep
-First submerge planks in warm water(min 1 hr). Next marinate salmon in soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and a bit of chili powder for at least one hour.

Cooking instructions
-Preheat oven to 450. Place salmon filets on planks and put the planks on a tray for cooking. Cook at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Sauce for salmon
-Sautéed Bella mushrooms in olive oil until tender. Add marinade from salmon to the mushrooms and sauté until sauce thickens. Put over top of salmon and enjoy!!

For my side dish I made cauliflower rice (recipe previously posted).
